A bilingual receptionist platform for local businesses and the partners who serve them.
OpenLine combines business configuration, call history, appointment and callback requests, calendar files, reminders, and webhook connections in a self-hostable application.
The deterministic engine handles core flows offline. Telephony requires a configured provider account. We're preparing Claude as an optional conversational layer with explicit tools and human escalation.
